Poorly equipped sensor. It could not verify my photo. I took the my photo right there and then and uploaded it as my photo ID and at the end it wanted to verify that phot again which was really a stupid step. So I stood at the same location, same angle and same smirk and yet it couldn’t verify my freaking photo. Tried many times, still failed and now it wants me to get to a shop to have it verified. What an I convenience! This is why monopoly of public service is not good, it breeds incompetence. I wouldn’t even want to use this but I have to because I want to redirect my mails. And the application process is forcing me to use this crappy app. With my busy schedule and stressful week due to the move, Aussie Post, you have just made it worse! Sorry about the rant. I have been trying this so many times and still ended up fail. Please do better.

Just to let you know, when redirecting your mail, setting up your Digital iD app is an optional step, you can verify your document online without using the app. If you'd still like to verify your photo, you can do this at any time, even after your invite has expired.
