This app is perfectly fine, the only issues with it are its users, it seems. It’s professionally made, very user-friendly and I’d actually place it in the top 1% of functionality of all other apps I’ve ever used. If anyone’s complaining, it’s because of their own inability of the basics.

AHM is just okay. I like some things roll over. But I wish you could choose what extras you can use in full. Like you can use all for optical in one visit, but for other things where you might only have 1 or 2 visits a year like podiatry you only get $25back. I am not getting even close to my moneys worth in extras. If I could choose to use my podiatry to cover one whole visit then it would more stars.Also for a single cover to add one child is very close to double. But adding a child to a couple cover is only a few bucks extra. I don’t understand why. App is pretty easy to use - but honestly I don’t get to use it a lot. I’d love to use the swimming classes but oh I can’t because it cost too much to add a child.

Digital Card Issues

I’ve had multiple providers tell me that my digital card has expired. I received a new physical card and have deleted and re-downloaded the digital card several times, yet it still doesn’t work. I’ve spent a significant amount of time trying to get help through the in-app messaging, which is consistently delayed, and then waited over 15 minutes on hold to speak to someone, only to be transferred and left waiting for a total of 35 minutes before having to hang up. What’s the point of having health insurance if you’re required to pay full price upfront and be reimbursed later? The whole purpose is to only pay the gap with providers in the first place.

Just signed up to ahm, so of course I went to download the app for convenience. Downloaded it fine, logged in with a bit of trouble, (clicked ”register now” and it would tell me I’m already a member, so I’d click sign In, and it’d tell me I need to register 🙄). — to combat problem, I deleted the app and re downloaded and then it worked. Upon signing in, the app just goes blank white. That’s it. I’ve closed the app window and it still won’t re load???? And I have an up to date, fairly new IPhone 13 Pro Max. With plenty of storage etc. Please help? It’s irritating having to continuously go to the website through safari / google to sign in.

Hi there, this sounds like it might be related to your policy start date. New members cannot access the ahm app until their policy is active.
