I have been an ANZ customer since I opened my first ever bank account, and they’ve always been just good enough and above other bank identities. When I heard of ANZ plus, I tried to do some research before opening an account, as I’ve done that big mistake of rushing into it before. Everything that was promised was done, got a huge interest, nice and smooth interface, and great running software. As far as I can say, there’s really a few to no things that I consider should get upgraded or even improved. I do miss the iOS compatible widget from the original app where you could see your available funds on each account, since, now I can’t get around opening the app to do so. Besides that, the bugs would probably be something to go after secondly, however, there’s not something specific that I could pin point, since it gets fixed as soon as I notice it. Finally, I would say that the fact that there’s not physical branch yet, for this specific part of ANZ, is a bummer. Phone appointments are consistently improving and becoming common, however, from time to time I would prefer to speak to a staff member for a more interactive conversation, as I can display my concern, whether that’d be on my phone or laptop, and they’d be able to indicate the problem and instructions to follow up. I would confidently affirm this is the best app within ANZ, perhaps even amongst all other banking apps (clearly only abstained to Australia and NZ). Keep up the great work!
