Generally good - but missing ability to modify bookings

App generally works well, and shows the location of the bus in real time.As other reviewers have noted, it does not seem possible to modify a recurring booking. I would even accept just being able to delete a current booking and enter a new one with the modified details.

I like the option of seeing where the bus is, and the idea of the app is excellent. Adding money to your account is easy. Being notified of when kids get on to the bus gives parents peace of mind! There needs to be some improvement of overall usability though. It’s difficult to adjust the days kids are using the bus service. It would be good if you could set a bus absence as a recurring one (for example, not on the bus every Wednesday), or to have an option to “opt in” on the bus, rather than list absences from it. Having to add each one every week as an absence isn’t very user friendly for those who aren’t regular bus users. Some more thought over this process would make the app better.It would be great if the app also included approximate bus times for each stop. Also, the app can sometimes be very slow to open and work, and tends to be quite glitchy.

Love the concept of the app. Can see live tracking and get notification of when your child taps on and off. I can’t however tap on the bus stop with out the app crashing and kicking me out. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times but I no luck. Do you support iPhone 16 pro max? As my sons works fine?

Love the concept of the app. Can see live tracking and get notification of when your child taps on and off. I can’t however tap on the bus stop with out the app crashing and kicking me out. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times but I no luck. Do you support iPhone 16 pro max? As my sons works fine?
Inconsistent and barely functional

Not sure by what magic this app has the rating it has. The UI is difficult and renders terribly, with items extending beyond the edges of my screen on an iPhone 14 pro. Autocompletion is a mess and often you have to tap items multiple times for them to respond in any way. It has just taken me many minutes to place a simple transaction that I could do in seconds via the web portal, which has been revoked. Please bring the portal back so I can ignore this app.
