App is bare minimum. Please add instructor names to timetable

The option to send feedback within the app returns an error message and doesn’t work, which is a bad sign. Please add instructor names to the class timetable listings on the app. Many people prefer some instructors and don't like others, so who is teaching a class can influence the decision whether to attend or not, and the details change from week to week if an instructor is sick or on holiday etc. The alternative is to call the club and ask a staff member, which is a waste of time for both staff and members.

Why does this app require sign in, when none of your personal details are available? Why am I constantly auto logged out?Would be great if you could track your history, gym and class attendance. Also, it makes no sense that there are no class details in the schedule. Why can’t you list the instructor (as others have said, this can be a deciding factor in attending the class). It would also be a great opportunity to let clients know when an instructor is away. A description of the class would be great too - why do I have to go the website to find out was a class is, or if equipment is required. For such a big chain - this app is seriously undeveloped and under serviced.

Personalised Workout plans / exercise demonstrations and goal tracking completely removed with upgrade. This is a huge disappointment to members like myself not as confident using floor equipment or new to following personal fitness plans, this functionality allowed all members to autonomously set goals and workout plans according to their schedule, additionally, the workouts are guided by instructional guides to ensure you’re completing the exercises correctly. If this is not a feature that will be returned, I will be reconsidering my membership

App is clunky and class timetable review doesn’t work

I’ve downloaded this app to be able to view the class timetable for my local fitness first clubs but I am not able to. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a number of times and it still hasn’t fixed the issue. I initially was able to review class timetables but now am unable to. I’m not sure if there is a larger issue with the app or if it’s a bug I’m being affected by, but it’s made the app useless from my point of view.
