The app states that if you sign up you’ll be able to redeem a free famous star with cheese (free cheeseburger) but when you go to redeem it, it tells you it isn’t available. Tried to order a different burger and had me put in all my bank details. After it asked to use a OTP (one time password) to which I clicked no as I would only be using it once and it kicked me out of the menu. Opened it again expecting it to have saved my info and it made me insert it all again manually. Genuinely not worth the struggle that it puts you through. 0/10 waste of time.

In app payment only supports creditcards (ever heard of Apple Pay?) and my creditcard payment ALWAYS fail to complete.Then, in order to receive “stars” (whatever you can use those for), you can only order at a terminal in store that DOES NOT work. Ordering at the counter will get you food but no rewards.Carl’s Jr. is more expensive than Macca’s. Granted, your food tastes better but you don’t seem to want to give your customers a decent experience.

Same situation as Steve. I’ve signed up to the new app giving personal information and account details and was promised a bonus famous star. Arrived at Eagleby store and told its no longer available. Staff were not able to help so I was given contact details of operations manager. After two attempts to reach the manager there has been no response.Disgusting service Carl’s. I’m sure the ACCC and OFT will like to hear about this.

This app is so much better than the previous app. All offers are easy to select, easy to pay! Overall better experience
