This new app is definitely harder to use. Now when you receive your new statement for the month they only show your minimum balance due. The only way to figure out how much of a balance you still owe for the entire statement period is to find your statement, get the total amount and do your own maths to minus the balances you’ve transferred. Feels like a sneaky tactic for them to make more money off interest if they’re hiding your remaining balance due and mixing it in with your current transactions…….An app that isn’t transparent will definitely make me consider cancelling this card if it isn’t fixed and finding a new company altogether.

now updates the debit and credit balance simultaneously. Much easier to pull up my statements. The search function for transaction works perfectly. Very clean layout. Next step for Qantas credit cards is to make it so that when we put money onto it, that money appears immediately instead of 24 hours later. Would be good if we could just do an instant transfer rather than a BP payment. Great update to everyone who worked on it.

I used to really like the old Qantas Money app because it clearly showed my updated credit card balance after I made a payment. Now, with the new version, it only shows the original statement amount due, even after I’ve paid part of it which is confusing and unhelpful.There’s no clear way to track how much I’ve already paid and what’s left to pay to avoid interest. This feels like a step backwards in transparency and usability. Please consider bringing back the feature that shows the real-time balance after payments it’s essential for managing credit properly.

Since the new app update the product feels like a scam, there is now no means to see your remaining balance for each statement as you pay things off. You have to do your own maths and calculate this and seems like every customer has the same complaint. Just a money grab by the card issuer to not be transparent and charge interest. Considering changing credit cards altogether and complaining to the ombudsman regarding lack of transparency .
