Improvements need since major update

Frustrated by having to login via the catholic education website every time I use the app just because I don’t have finger print/facial id enabled.Calendar no longer opens at “today” but at the 1st of the month…… now need to scroll down to reach current date

For an app thats main purpose is to communicate important information related to my children’s education, this app is abysmal.Despite having notifications enabled, neither my partner or I receive notifications and miss important updates. This is basic functionality that should be working. When I do log in, sometimes I can’t even view the ‘blogs’ where class information is communicated. I would be happier if the school reverted to emails for all communication. At least I could be assured I could easily find the information I need.

Full web sign on each time opening app?

Not sure if I am using this app correctly as since an update, every time I open the app I am redirected to a webpage to perform a sign in with email an password? Often this takes a couple of attempts with the password (even when I’m using the correct password). This isn’t user friendly to a time-poor parent scrambling to check things on the last minute whilst leaving the house in a rush! Maybe I’m just using it wrong or there’s a setting I can change perhaps?

Your child will be there then they won’t. The school will be there then it won’t. For an app that has things like a “blog” that a school tries to use for passing parents relevant information like weekly spelling lists to constantly be inaccessible is poor form for both the app and all the schools that use it which shrug when you can’t get the information you need because “they don’t manage the app”. BCE it would be a better service to not have this app!

Ability to view the targeted audience of a Post and switch to native library picker. Push Notification improvements and bug fix for large schools. Calendar description available when added to device calendar. Improved log in page. QoL improvements: Larger font fix, Dark mode enhancement, overall UI improvements and bug fixes.
