Check your usage, recharge your Prepaid service, download and view your Bills, buy an Add-on for your service, set up Auto-recharge or chat to us if you have a question – it’s all at your fingertips and in one place!

With the Woolworths Mobile app, you can:

• View your Prepaid, Phone Plan, SIM Only or Flexi Plan service under the one account
• View your account balance and plan details
• Keep track of your voice and data usage and see daily summaries or detailed usage records
• Search your usage for a specific period
• Ask Siri "What's my mobile account balance?"
• Use Apple Watch complications to check your remaining data or days left on existing watch faces
• Place the widget on your Today screen for a quick glance at your remaining balances
• 3D Touch Quick Actions from the Home Screen app icon
• Shake your phone from the My Account screen to refresh your balances

Trouble

It’s a good app everything works but there is this one problem. My old phone was playing up so I decided to swap phones but that meant I had to login to everything again including this app. I didn’t know the password at the time so I tried all the ones I thought it was and now that I’ve reset the password it keeps saying max attempts reached! Please fix this I’ve waited three days for this to pass but it still hasn’t

Says I will forfeit banked data

App is fine except every time I recharge on exactly the same plan ($20) it says that I will forfeit my banked data if I recharge on a lower plan. I am not recharging on a lower plan it’s annoying. Maybe it’s because I don’t have automatic recharge on but that shouldn’t matter. It needs to be fixed.

Can’t change service nickname!

It’s a pain if you are using app to manage for someone else - iPad/ watches/phones. Need to change the name to reflect the actual item!
