You’ve done it again woolies
Was searching for a provider that was on the Telstra network but wasn’t Telstra (too expensive) or Belong (service is so terrible) then I stumbled across woolies.
I have been with them for 4 months now and not one have I had any issues.
The app works very well and although some small aesthetic issues (like the back arrow lol) it has so many more functions than other cheap carriers I have been with.
I even had to call their call centre which was so helpful and so easy which again is not my experience with a cheap carrier. They also have a chat service which I’ve used a few times and it was seamless.
They also have plans or auto payment prepaid (basically same thing without the lock in contact). Another surprising thing for a cheap carrier is heir plans offer a limited selection of phones.
I have been telling everyone to switch over if you need Telstra superior speed and coverage for a fraction of the price with epic service and functionality.
Got online phone plan through Woolworths it is amazing never had any problems or issues, it uses Telstra network and my $50 plan is equivalent to Telstra $99 plan I highly recommend switching to woolies mobile
What a joke The person who made the comment at the top giving it five stars hasn't been With them for very long as he will find out the call dropp outs are a regular thing continuously and not to mention every time you go to pay your bill it comes back saying it's not able to accept Your payment but if you take a look at your bank statement you will find that the payment has come out. but will still say that you haven't
even still with the updated app and latest version on your phone it still does not make a difference but then you go and pay again thinking that you haven't paid or didn't go through the first tisme before looking at your statement and then you've made two payments but it still says you have not. and has not accepted your payment.
