Group insurance
· You’ll need your group and certificate numbers. You can find them on your payment card or insurance certificate.
Group retirement savings
· You’ll need your group number and plan member or employee number. You can find them on your financial statements or get them from your plan sponsor.
Be sure to read the terms of use when using the app for the first time.
You can log in with fingerprint or facial biometrics, or with your password.

No possibility to add the Insurance card to wallet

Useless app compared to Manulife
Unbelievably terrible
This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. Period. Why don’t you have Simple functions like allowing me to seeing how much I have left on my benefits to claim. Or what claims I’ve just submitted that are not yet processed. Customer service sounds like they just woke up from a nap.
The group RRSP side is even worse! Gave me a server error when trying to give investment instructions. And customer service said they have let the technician know and they cannot provide an ETA on when I’ll be able to use the function. So now my money just sits in the default account. Oh and I can’t even see how the fund is performing day to day. I just get a PDF of the fund’s YOY performance. A PDF?’!?
For a company this large, this app (and website too) is just pathetic. Have you looked at the Sunlife app?? Wish my employer didn’t use you guys, almost makes me not want to use my benefits, so if that is your end game, mission accomplished.
Apple Wallet
Message for the development team;
You should make an update, which allows us to upload the insurance card to Apple Wallet. Other insurance companies, such as Beneva, already offer this feature.
It’s not the case with this version.
