Always logged out, slow, links just open unauthenticated browser

Why do the forums open in a browser with unauthenticated sessions?
Why does the loading indicator spin off centre? Or three different loading indicators to load a simple web page?
Why am I always logged out?
Why does autofilling in 2FA code skip a digit?
Why does the login reject valid emails with newer TLD domains?

Only Telus knows the answer to these questions.

Data add-ons used to rollover when customers had plans. Now they expire at the end of a month.

The app is horrible! Edit the app is garbage!

Recently jump PM and the app is horrible. I opened the app the next day and there is nothing on the app it’s just a blank page. It looks like I will be jumping out PM soon. It has been 1 day since i jump on PM they stil haven’t sort the problem and now there are no CS rep to help. Honestly saying stay wayyy clear of PM. Needless to say leaving them ASAP!
