When a contact calls you, it displays only their initials. With hundreds of contacts in the directory it is impossible to know who is calling you.If the app is not open then incoming calls show only the phone number and no contact information.
Keep Changing System Not An Improvement

This system has lost us business because they keep changing the menu for Extension Setttings - now you must keep adding a rule and then only 15 rings max and must go to another number?? What about if you don’t have enough different numbers to ring??? It gets in a loop and the caller cannot get through to you at all. Tried to watch videos on Ring Central - awful audio, could hardly understand what they were saying (American Accent) and it didn’t help at all. Dreading when copper has gone - the internet in not reliable in the whole of the UK especially if you don’t live in a City!!

Frequently drops calls but okay as long as the wifi is good. Doesn’t like working on 4G. The latest update has made the keypad so small on an iPhone my husband’s sausage fingers keep hitting the wrong numbers. Why did they have to “fix” something that was not broke?
