It’s constantly penalising me for every single section. Even if I just drive to the end of the road I’ll get 35 points because it’s such an “unsafe road”, where no accidents have ever actually happened?! Apparently I drive faster than others on the road, when I’m always doing speed limit or less, like other drivers Can’t drive my car to the garage otherwise I’m in the reds It picks up on accelerating and breaking frequently, so unless you don’t break around corners and when turning into other roads, have no traffic lights, zebra crossings or other drivers on your roads you’ll be fine. 🙄They obviously just want to give bad scores so they can put premiums up for the next year if you choose to reinsure with them, because the app is basically saying you’re an awful driver. Admirals little box was a lot better. Will definitely be finding someone else to insure with next time.

Awful app & black box. Cannot have the garage move my car without it scoring me a 1 for it moving a centimetre which is not right. Bad scoring system, you get such low scores for the road you drive along and the time of day! - try to go gym after work because I have off peak so can only go in the night and will give you score of 20 or less because of time/ road 🤡. Some times my app would show that I’ve traveled over to Spain and Egypt, when I just went to Asda or work? Like can you fix this system please! The whole thing is a joke .Cannot wait for the policy to be over, AVOID 🤕.

I thought this was great. Yes the app does penalise you for silly things but it’s just a score and it does not affect your policy. I just drove normally (sometimes over the speed limit) and at all time of the night and I never once had any messages about having my policy cancelled or more expensive. Will be going back on for a second year after a very hassle free normal driving experience! Honestly didn’t notice it was in, and never bothered to check my score on the app because it actually doesn’t matter to the policy at all.

Overall the App is user friendly, however it is strangely stupid and is always penalising. The system also has a major flaw as it is judging you by the area and roads you are driving on. Which is extremely stupid as it says that I should not drive on my local roads as they are too dangerous. Which is impossible to avoid and the black box should be judging your driving not the area. Also I always drive carefully, however due to traffic the speed always varies. For which the app says I have a late reaction to hazards🙄. The app is very stupid and needs to be fixed.
