I have to log in using a password, which is fine the first time, but then it should guide me into enabling biometrics. Currently I have to enter my password every time I use the app. Also, because the developer has not set up a link between the web app host name and the app, it can’t select the password from my password manager automatically. To get Face ID to work I have to go to settings, then switch from business to personal settings (just put them all on the same screen!) then press Face ID; then I get a message saying I need to reset my pin first (“create” a pin would be better since I haven’t made one yet) then I press PIN, and it says “avoid using 4 consecutive numbers or 4 repeating numbers” but it’s asking me for a 5 digit pin (this is just lacking attention to detail!), then the pin is created so I go back and try to enable Face ID again and it still says I need to reset my pin. I also sometimes get a “session expired” message when I try to log in on the website, but it actually means I have to check my emails for a verification link. I’ve had a similar message in the app once with different wording. This app needs a bit more care and attention put into it to improve the usability , and a lot more testing!
