Family of four this evening, excellent service even though restaurant was very busy. Food was perfect also. Great offer on for the children. Only one small problem, cold breeze constantly coming through the restaurant due to the internal door not closing! Whilst I appreciate that the staff are busy and warm from the rushing around, the guests were obviously feeling the cold as there were quite a number with their coats on. Minor issue on an otherwise perfect visit.

Logged into account today on iPhone, but when trying to log out just a blank screen. It’s not just my iPhone, wife has Samsung and same problem. Deleted app, and reinstalled app, now can not log in….really poor showing. So gave it 1 star…no way to contact office or retrieve offers. When i was logged in, you cannot log out….so the app is permanently logged in….so thats safe then NOT. Uninstalled it, and will see if Mitchells and butler get their finger out, and get this fiasco sorted. What is the point of an app, when you cannot book or check your account. What a JOKE. Oh and you get the same problem on ipad, not where can i log in to change password etc. Got an email when I try and reinstall saying unknown device!!! Go to account and change password!! I CANT AS ITS BLANK….sort it out! No where on the account can you change password…. Wrote to Mitchell’s and Butler, and still waiting for a response.!!!Nearly 2 weeks and not a reply from Mitchel and Butler. Still waiting fro their tech department to assist with this. Wife still cant even log in, it says failed as soon as she tried to login….

Visiting today at your Rayleigh weir restaurant service was bad not coordinated brought up wrong food my grand son had salad bar and the carrots tasted of bleach chef got out a new batch and said they all taste like that chicken was undercooked and sent back saying it would be altered on the bill great except when the bill arrived it was more and another item had been added .ask to speak to the manager who was busy .After standing by the wet bar he arrived no apology just said he had alter it he had no conversation and we all felt let down by the food and your manager as a family we eat at your restaurant quite often please take these concerns seriously and try to improve your over all dining experience robinfirst

I visited the Harvester in Bracknell today and was extremely disappointed with the food. The chips and peas on my meal were virtually cold as was my husbands and his mushrooms were stone cold. The waitress offered to get the meals cooked again but as we had to wait nearly 30 mins anyway we declined. She offered us a complimentary pudding but when we had finished she never mentioned them again and just produced the bill. A table that sat down after us and ordered about 20 minutes later received their meal within 10 minutes. We did at one point ask after the meal and were told very dismissively “it’s cooking”. In other words just wait!!
Improved navigation into account features from the app homepage as well as added some improved logging to better understand how users are using the apps and addressed various bugs and issues.
