I go to the Monday afternoon performances which are a brilliant price for members and not too crowded. I love I can get a costa coffee to take in rather than some random one. Plus I can purchase more choice in food than just the usual popcorn, hot dog or nachos .The staff are always helpful and polite . I have just one complaint, for people with disability there are not enough parking spaces and they are not checked. There should be blue badge only signs up . The small car park next to the area should also be disabled as there is a very big parking area for those who can walk. The spaces do not all need to be much wider, many people are disabled who do not use wheelchairs .

Obviously you can buy tickets fine. However, even if you’re logged in to your app, you still have to add your free membership insider number to your ticket (unsure whether you still get the points without it?) You can’t copy & paste it from the qr card in the app, so you have to write down the 14 digit number then type it in, fine if you’re at home or have a pen! But if you haven’t, you’d have to flick from the app to your notes remembering as many digits as you can in 1 go, likely 4-6 a time? So flicking in tween apps 3 times. Also, still haven’t been able to confirm the state of the seats in the cinema screen I’m booked at?! It’s a showcase de lux, but some screens have non recliner seats & unless you get the xlr, the may be standard & uncomfy, as others have reviewed negatively before. Come on Showcase cinemas! All your cinemas & app need to be as good as Odeon!

Love the new improvements to the app. But for some reason i can't see any showtimes or book any tickets. However my mum has it working fine for her phone. She has an iphone se 2 and i have an iphone 11. Not sure what all that's about. but apart from the fact i can't use it the improvements are still great.

To be honest , me and my sibling went up and got a ticket for a movie ( Minecraft ) coming to a total of £15. .. and then some weird guy in a suit who clearly had a problem , asked us our age ? First of all I’ve never had this experience in showcase cinema before and when I watched this movie in vue cinema i never had this . Anyway I’m 16 and so is my sibling and we had to pay an extra £8 onto this , a complete joke since it’s an adult ticket we paid for and we’re not even adults , the movie was great but it’s just not worth coming to a showcase cinema , INSTEAD SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO VUE
