Unfortunately stopped working on iOS

Been using this app for sometime but some of the functionality stopped working. Pressing the documents button changes colour so it’s recognising the tap but nothing happens. Also the back button sometimes takes 8/9 taps before it’ll go back. Called customer service and they said reinstall the app. Now the sign in continue button is doing the same … it changes colour to recognise the tap button doesn’t do anything. So I can’t even log in now!Reply: yes I was. I was getting it for a good few weeks. Customer service told me to use the website by unregistering and deleting mobile app.

I find this latest app easy to sign in with, and gives me a neat at a glance view of my portfolio. Functionality is limited to portfolio views, money in and out, and changing investments but that’s fine for what I need.

Rubbish!
42nd regiment of foot
It just doesn’t work. It locks you out after one attempt to access even when your secretary details are correct. I have not been able to access my accounts for days and there seems no way around it.The main virgin current account app works fine, so why is the investment app so poor?
