Downloaded Mylo a few months ago and didn't expect to use it as much as I do. The setup was straightforward, and everything feels pretty intuitive. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one of those apps that has genuinely been useful in my day-to-day routine. It's reliable, easy to use, and keeps getting better with updates. Clean design and reliable. It does what it promises without overcomplicating things.

Downloaded Mylo a few months ago and didn't expect to use it as much as I do. The setup was straightforward, and everything feels pretty intuitive. I found Mylo really straightforward to use. The process of adding and updating beneficiaries was clear, intuitive, and took only a few minutes. The app guided me through each step without any confusion, and I felt confident that my changes had been completed correctly.It’s great to see Aegon making important pension tasks so much easier to manage digitally. The interface is clean and simple, even for something that can often feel a bit complicated.A couple of small improvements I’d like to see would be more information about what happens after you submit changes, and a confirmation timeline so you know exactly when everything has been processed.Overall, a smooth experience and a useful app. I’d happily recommend it to anyone with an Aegon pension.

After downloading Mylo from Aegon I thought I would try the offering to find and combine my pensions. I had a couple out there from years ago which I didn’t know the references for but it’s not information that Mylo required. All I needed was the name of my previous employer and the years that I worked there and Mylo did the rest. Very easy to do and I now have my pensions all in one place. Superb.
