The app has been significantly improved since my original review but is still lacking a simplicity and fluidity in its use. The Home Screen now shows a nice pie chart of my pension investments and when you click into one of the accounts it shows some nice simple line graphs of the performance over several different periods, i.e. 1 month, 1 year, etc. When clicking into a new time period for review, it takes ages for the data to be displayed which is not good. The data displayed is only a monetary increase/decrease for pension values and investments and this changes depending on the time period selected (which is good). It would be nice to see percentage info as well. However, when I click into my SIPP account, the graphs are not consistent with the pension ones (which is bad). They show a monetary value (not sure if this is pension values or investments) and a percentage. When clicking on the different time periods, these values do not change (very bad) and so the data is effectively meaningless because you don’t know what it relates to, i.e. 1 month, 1 year, etc. Also, when investing money in my SIPP, the app takes you into a web wrapper that looks awful and is clunky so much more work is needed to make this more user friendly. Developers - Fix the graph discrepancies, improve the loading speed and make the SIPP investing experience more user friendly.
