What’s New
Version 8.3.4
From time to time we release maintenance updates that fix some things and lay the foundations for things to come. This release is one of those “things” releases. We fixed that annoying iPad crash some users experienced when you rotated the device whilst reading an article. We have also updated some behind-the-scenes logic that fixes some minor UI/UX issues and squashed a few more bugs for good measure. We have much bigger changes in the pipeline, so stay tuned, we think you are going to love them.

Really pleased they have finally released an app, been waiting for so long. Would have given a 5 star rating but missing out my area which isn’t helpful if you’re searching for local news. I guess in time to come the app will have updates and bug fixes as it is their first.
Nonsense
You try to put a comment on & when you’ve finished you go to enter it & the majority of what you’ve written doesn’t appear, it stops halfway through sentences so you have to delete it & try try try again until you give up. Recently there’s a pop up that says you e used words they don’t allow but don’t say what they are, I recently tried to say “ selfish people full of their own self importance who don’t believe laws, rules, guidelines apply to them & think they are being clever, well they’re not” & this wouldn’t get past the “word censor” yet other comments have really insulting comments posted no problem. More than once a banner headline has come onto my tablet from this site & yet when you go to look at the full story, it’s not there, sometimes for several hours or never. This really is an awful site, the only reason I keep it is because it does have quite a bit of local news hidden amongst stupid surveys
Almost useless
I usually don’t provide any review unless it is necessary.
I am so annoyed with the app. It gives the right information but whenever you get a notification and follow it from the locked screen, it takes you to the article which is partial or containing the title only. In order to read the article in full, you need to find it on the list of other articles. These don’t come in order as per your notifications.
Also, any video have an article related picture which I always find completely unrelated to it. This is waste of my time...
