Milkbasket started as a small app with a unique no checkout option, prime time delivery early morning and unique product mix. It hit off instantly with customers like us where during Covid also goods were dropped at 5 am in the morning, super quality and delivery. Then came takeover, quality dropped, if u reported missing items there will be 8 calls asking to revoke as amount got deducted from staff, delivery changed from 5 to 7 am, sometimes even late with no option to cancel even if you are leaving home, quality worse. Membership fee increased, minimum cart made higher but if you reported missing or quality concerns, there will be a technical glitch in app….sad! Absolutely no control on quality

I signed up for the MilkBasket app after a sales executive visited my home, promising enticing offers like free sugar. Unfortunately, the sugar never arrived, either due to an executive’s error or an app glitch. Despite raising the issue with their senior team, I received no resolution. This was just the start. The app regularly shows offers, yet most items—like butter or cheese—are never actually available. The only offer I could consistently use was for eggs, but even then, they’d cancel the offer last minute. They’d still deliver the rest of my order, though, making it feel like a bait-and-switch tactic to keep customer spending. To add to that, they ran an offer on ginger, claiming they’d deliver one kilogram, but I only received 200 grams—another misleading offer. Overall, these patterns feel like a tactic to lure customers and investors without delivering on promises. To top it off, their prices are higher than other platforms. In short, I suggest avoiding MilkBasket entirely and opting for Zepto, Blinkit, or Zomato for a more honest and reliable experience.

I used other Apps in the past only to be disappointed with each of those apps for one or the other reason. So, switched to the traditional way to have complete assurity and transparency. I wasn't very hopeful when this app was introduced to me. Now after the initial experience for the last 3 weeks or so, my preferred place to go for any purchases is Milk basket. It's even groceries, general goods, other daily use items etc. The prices are definitely the cheapest across the range even when compared to other popular stores in the vicinity. The quality is good. Timelines of delivery are extremely pleasing. There is no need to check out which means that you keep adding things to basket as you remember and all the items will be delivered by next morning around 6 am. Absolutely amazing experience. Milk basket is company is having such a pathetic service. On the very first day after downloading the app there team called me a promotional call mentioning i will get 500rs cash back if i do the topup of 1500 immediately on call. I did the topup however the cashback was not credited. They asked me to wait for 24hrs I did wait, still not topup was done from milk basket team. Today its been more than 10 days and there is no cashback given nor any follow up from there team nothing. Also i got incomplete order on the first day of delivery. There are so many issues with the team and management there customer care people just apologies and escalate the matter and there is no revert received. I am chatting with CC team from past 1 hr and again they are asking me to wait for 24hrs. And i am very sure here also they will revert me the same. So i request all not to use there services as they are extremely pathetic and non useful
