Just opened my INDIE savings account, extremely smooth onboarding to open my savings account. Scan to pay feature is extremely fast and you can pay directly from your INDIE account, taking out the need to add your UPI details on apps like Paytm and Gpay. Loved the catalogue selection of my cashback brands, INDIE gems make shopping extra rewarding every time I am shopping on my favourite brands I get unlimited 3% cashback over and above the discount on brands. The REWARD program is truly real. I was blown away by the new security features, I love exploring new D2C e-commerce brands, I can now use single use INDIE debit card to make online payments without the fear of my card details being compromised. Pathetic online process

If u wants to open online saving account with this bank, don’t do it. once u sent primary fund to your new account, it will be debt freeze. For Unlock your account, U have to complete your KYC. U will get online KYC email, but it will not open. U have to go to bank directly to complete your KYC. It will take another 3 to 4 days to update and ready to use your savings account. Others banks allow us to complete KYC through online. I faced another difficulty to complete my KYC. I went to Ashok Nagar Branch for that purpose. But they don’t have Aadhaar Finger print reader machine. They directed me to go to KK Nagar Branch. I used google map to find KK Nagar Branch. But there is no IndusInd bank on that map location. From there, have to go to another 200 Mtrs ahead on the same direction, we can find IndusInd bank. At KK nagar branch, they received my Aadhar details, photos and documents from me. They will have to send all physical copy of documents to Ashok nagar branch for update my account. How pathetic service! If u wants to open your savings account directly at branch, it will easy for you. It seems they are not encouraging online account opening process for their monthly target.
Not working- App server is down - not meant for credit card users

Update 2 - now able to start the app, but it forces you to open the account. Requires pan details to be submitted mandatorily, why should that be required for accessing credit card. Please make it to be usable by only credit card users. You are not allowing to use the old app. Not allowing to use the new app without opening the account. This is not a good practice. Needs urgent update. Update 1 - received a notification that the issue has been resolved, updated the app. But its the exactly same error. Can not even open the app. It shows app server down issue. Original review- I have credit cards with indusind but i have been forced to not being able to use. Cant open the old app, because of the advertising banner to download new app. Even after download, cant open the old app. On downloading new app, it shows app server down. Tried multiple times. What to do? How to able to indusind? At least allow us to use the old app by removing the new app banner.

Unable to login neither to Indusmobile nor Indie app as credit card user.

Unable to login neither to Indusmobile nor Indie app as credit card user. I am just a legend credit holder, don’t have savings account and don’t have any intent to start now, earlier was able to login to Indusmobile app to pay and manage card. With latest update the Indusmobile app forces me to upgrade to Indie mobile by showing a banner to upgrade to indie app while the initial banner has may be later option, but as soon as I enter my pin to login another one appears with only button/CTA to “Upgrade to Indie” and no-way to close it. Now when I downloaded ‘Indie’ app it asks me to SignUp by entering card details and is stuck at SMS verification process. So IndusInd bank team please get it resolved as soon as possible so that I can use my card in better way, else I would need to surender it. By the way I have been waiting for update and facing it since last update.
