As per my belief and experience Hyundai company is trying to serve best to their customers but the ground staff is not going to the exact point. I booked service of my car on my Hyundai app but while choosing the time, it was automatically setting on 12 pm! I was not able to choose morning time. after that there was no call or msg from dealer. I myself called them and asked if service is possible Today or not. They said yes. So I took my car there and it was first free service so there was not much work to do on the car. Hence they kept me waiting for 3 :30 hours at the customer lounge where their AC was shutting down often.( or maybe they intentionally turned it off because I was the only customer who was waiting there for so long). And yes i told them about my booking on my Hyundai app but they opened a new repair order and When I checked in app, my booking which I booked earlier was disappeared.! We all know that there is not much work in First service So they should give priority to new customers who are yet to experience Hyundai services for the first time. Overall cleanliness was good, they keep asking for water and tea coffee that is good. Just speed up service time. I was Maruti Suzuki Customer so i know They had a large numbers of cars for services everyday. But they never disappointed me. Sorry to say but Hyundai doesn’t have that much of numbers so improve your service timings or open new workshops. Thank you.

I being very disappointed express my concerns regarding the recurring issues I have faced with my new Hyundai Acazar (Platinum) purchased from your dealership on July 12, 2024. I am really disappointed with car's reliability as it has required multiples repairs in short time since it was purchased. Within few days of purchase, I started facing mechanical problem linked with clutch for which already two repairs have already been done. I have the records for your reference. Last time, I have been informed that the slave cylinder needs replacement and it was replaced as well. It was explained that the problem will not reccur in future. These repeated issues and that too in a brand new, heavily invested car has diappointed me a lot. Now on 7th Feb,2025 my car is again in the service centre with the same issue and under evaluation. This has been the fifth time when this issue has repeated with last time the slave cylinder and other parts being changed. To add on there was a bleb ( manufacturing defect)in the front tyre for which i had to pay extra money to the tyre dealership for replacement.
