The brand Lenskart is too good. Recently I started watch SHARK TANK INDIA that’s why i am fan of this brand. The glasses are also too good I am in love with my two frames. Bt at the same time I didn’t like the service provided by the Branch which I visit, the branch is located in panvel Khanda colony. That’s why i am getting irritated. Firstly I gave the order single one bt after confusion i decided to cancel that one n make new order an visit the shop. Firstly they allow me for cancellation bt at the time of selection they said we can’t cancel. I told them firstly I confirmed with online chat n then I come here after that they said ok bt your refund amount is taking time to credited in your ac. I was like ok and I placed new order n within seconds I reciprocated my refund ( that’s why I’m a fan of this brand the product quality an overall). At the time of receiving staff first said your product is not received for pick up then again I said I firstly confirmed with customer care n then I come, phone are not allowed at my working place so I firstly confirmed online after that they said wait we will check n actually my one product is ready to pick. I am supper happy with my product. The next day 2 misscall on my phone from lenskart so when I am free from my work I call back on that no n they said order is not received by branch bt in my application it showing its ready to receive. Again I contact with cc on whats app the proper response is not done so I call cc in confirmed that my order is ready to pick and today I received that second one that one also too good. Shortly the product was too good bt I’m not happy with staff. Thanking you

Trap Trap Trap..!!!!!Its a trap guys they just claw you in and the poorest customer service ever. Infact, I purchased a pair of John Jacobs one of which was their latest collection as they claimed so n was of Rs. 5000/-. Anyways I received the same as a defective product having a dent on it. I applied for exchange visiting the store they kept my glasses for around 2 days n did nothing. I contacted the store they were like there is a glitch. After 2 days again when my parents went their for delivery of mother’s specs they inquired for mine too. Thereafter, lenskart sales person were like yes we will Process it in sometime…..!After a day or two I again contacted them and they now ask me to look for a new one or take the same and guaranteed that if I go for replacement the product will be defective in the same manner or may be more and then the replaced product will be irreplaceable too. After all this nuisance I visited the store again , having no other better option, I had settle for the defective product which was then handed over to as bare specs just like that to me not even in a case is that the kind of service we expect from such brand. Interestingly when I gave my glasses for exchange i offered the case originally given but they refused to take and said we will give u another one… and now after do much harassment I was treated in such a manner and asked to pay more for a case…Horrible after sale service I visited Shyam Bazar Branch of Kolkata.

I went to get glasses for me and my mother(65) and since it was late we decided to place our order the next day but since mom is old I had specifically asked them whether she’ll be required to come again to which they said no but later I went and was told that she’ll have to come so I again had to get my mother, the first order received had my mothers frame wrong so we cancelled, refunded and placed another order , the second order had my powder wrong for which I went to the store 3-4 times where they kept telling me to give my eyes time to adjust and placed stupid tricks like physically altering the alignment and finally told me to get the a prescription from a doctor after my many visits, the third order we received had my glasses perfect but they made a mistake with moms order by making it single vision and not bifocal. I only realised this after a month and a half when I saw my poor mom not using her glasses and asked her the reason and got angry for not telling me sooner but she had kept quite because she was worried it was a mistake on her part. At this point, the return policy period has lapsed and I am too utterly disappointed and speechless at how negligently the staff works at their store, as if their tablet is a video game. I am so disappointed because there is not way to get this corrected and mind everyone I have invested a big deal of time and money in this circus they call a store. Their data on my account literally has all the proofs to their mistakes. Pathetic experience. Never getting glasses from here again.

Had very bad experience from Lenskart, court road Udupi branch. Visited the store to order a Eyeglass with power. After the Eye test executive Aftab informed that eyeglass will be ready in 10 days and we will receive a call from the store. When asked about the payment he informed that we can pay at the time of delivery. Got a little confused and asked again if we have to pay now, but Aftab told that payment can be done at the time of delivery. So we came back and waited for 10 days and as there is no information from the store gave a call and then the executive informed that he will check and get back in sometime. But no callback received. Next day when I went to the store which is 15 kms from my home then the available executive informed that the order has not been placed. So irresponsible executive. They don't even asked sorry for the mess they did. But as it's for my mom and she needed it badly I again placed the order and paid and waited for a week again and got the glasses. Very poor customer service from a reputed brand in a reputed city. Udupi is a place which is filled with courteous people. But the training which Lenskart staff received is exactly opposite. Even the staff Aftab doesn't seems to be fit for a sales executive role. He don't even greet the customer and talk to them properly. Lenskart team needs to look into this mess.!!!
