I was asked to update the app to the latest version to log in, even after entering my password. However, when I go to the App Store, there’s no “Update” button—only “Open.” This keeps sending me back to the same login step over and over.Please fix this issue as I rely entirely on this app to make credit card payments and track my expenses. Thank you in advance.

I’m unable to login to this app after new update. The OTP was never sent to my email. Have tried countless time. Very annoying because now I’m unable to access to my money in the wallet. My email address is correct & it able to receive email from other parties. Please resolve it asap or just revert back to old version!Update: The issue is resolved after i went to the aeon credit centre. I was not able to get the email otp because my email was not maintained in the new system but it is display at the otp input screen. The aeon credit centre help me to call customer service to maintain my email. I guess the data migration could be partially done.

Recently re download this app, is glad to see a lot of improvement for the user interface, everything more clear and easy to navigate, but the worst part is the way to top up are still the old school way …. Have to FPX go to bank web browser instead of now day most of the app can request authentication from bank app and once any error occurs and it cannot another transaction and not telling how long is the cooling time

We stayed Malaysia since 2012 until now. We used Aeon card many more years. Now the change the old version to new version after that we can’t login in and can’t use right now because of their Apps doesn’t include Myanmar country. So many Myanmar citizens can’t log in this Apps. Never mind can use many other eWallets. We don’t care but this discrimination is so obviously. Thank you Aeon team.
