Interesting but language issue

Istg everybody who complaint abt it not available in other language. This is an app develop by our gov, where the official language and national language is Malay. If you can’t understand the language and complaints abt it, move elsewhere sia.

1. Jika nak buat aplikasi mudah alih, pastikan kesemua ciri-ciri yang ada dalam aplikasi tersebut boleh digunakan dan lulus ujian semasa pengujian. Jangan letak “akan datang”. Jangan la terus ‘Go live’. Ini menunjukkan sifat tidak sabar, bukan untuk seorang, tetapi seluruh jabatan yang berkaitan. Jangan buat kerja asal boleh. 2. For those reviewer who said need more language than malay. Clearly you’re not malaysian. I said what i said. Bahasa is a national language of malaysia. If you need english to understand the apps better, kindly take back SPM. The apps clearly show the IC, passport, summon etc. It’s simple. Without knowing the whole context of the words, with a few word you can guess which and which. Seriously, take back SPM or make sure you take SPM only for bahasa. If you don’t know what SPM is, clearly you’re not malaysian and i wonder how you get your IC. 3. Terangkan lebih mendalam tentang apa yang boleh dilakukan di aplikasi ini pada ruangan muat turun aplikasi. Jangan jadi pemalas dengan meletakkan hanya rumusan aplikasi. Semua orang nak tahu apa aplikasi ini boleh lakukan. 4. Terakhir, jangan mudah terburu2 dalam melakukan sesuatu. Jangan terus nak ‘go live’, ‘masuk production’ kecuali kesemua ciri2 telah lengkap. Pengguna yang muat turun aplikasi akan tercengang akhirnya kerana aplikasi yang dimuat turun hanya siap separuh jalan.

This app is visually pleasing and incredibly easy to use. I absolutely love the UI/UX design!It packs so much useful information into one place. You can check your IC, digital license, and passport info instantly. It also makes it simple to check for traffic summonses (Saman).The extra features are fantastic too. There is a Petrol Price Chart to track weekly updates, and the Price Catcher feature is great for comparing nearby grocery prices like eggs and chicken. Bonus points for the flawless background radio player and daily Malaysian news! And a quick reminder to critics: instead of complaining about the BM language barrier, take it as an opportunity to learn the official language. Excellent work by the developers! 🙌

Needs Better Language and Usability Options

Why is the MyGov app only available in Malay and not in English? Many users, including Malaysians, rely on English for better understanding. If the app is meant to be “secured,” then the language should also be secure and easy for everyone to understand.If we are required to use this app for government services, it should at least be user-friendly and provide multiple language options. Right now, it is not convenient or helpful for users who are not fluent in Malay. Please improve the app by adding English support and making the interface more user-friendly.
