I am very happy with shopee because they prioritize both the sellers and the buyers' sake. There is definitely no bias at all but I just have one concern and I know it is just a secondhand concern of shopee because the courier is the one who's got the problem. You know, the J&T Express became the standard express and mode of delivery of every shopee transaction and it's really bothersome because some riders are just too rude! My friend is a seller based in Quezon City and the rider asked my friend to drop the parcels at their branch saying that my friend should SPEND SOME OF HER EARNINGS TOO. It really offended my friend. She kept mum because she was too offended to speak up and she didn't want to have problems and now, the rider kept on bluffing saying that he did was not notified by their system which is why he could not come and pick the orders from my friend. How come? When he already knew it last Thursday? Liar. I hope shopee can do something for this. There are too many reports and issues regarding J&T Express already, I am afraid it will affect shopee's performance. I wish I have the means to contact J&T Express regarding this matter but they were unresponsive to my messages in their social media accounts. Shopee, please do your thing and help us out. It's not a joke. We were just one of those many victims of their incompetent service and I chose to speak up not only for my friend but also for those people who don't have the guts to speak for themselves. Thank you!
SPayLater Credit

Hi! So I’ve been an avid user of Shopee for years and I am very happy with my experience. Especially when using the SPayLater feature. It was only lately that I’ve realized a little conundrum that left me annoyed. I received an extra SPayLater credit earlier this year that expired a few weeks ago. And because I used up most of the extra credit limit, it impacted my original credit limit. And so I was so confused when nothing returned to my credit after I paid off 2 months worth of SPayLater installments. It was only after consulting the help center and getting a thorough explanation that I understood that I still haven’t completely paid off the extra credit limit I used, which is why no credit was showing up on my original limit. My only suggestion right now is to add a credit breakdown summary whenever a customer uses the temporary extra limit offered. And of course clearly indicate the user’s credit limit. Such as when a user has used extra credit limit that they need to pay off after the offer expires. Show the amount left to be paid on the SPayLater icon. Put the negative (-) sign before the amount to inform the user that they have an amount to be paid before they can gain back their original credit. I’m hoping to see this feature on the next update. But other than that, I love Shopee!
worst online shop

i have been with shoppee since the time it started. i ordered hundred times with you guys from clothing to electronics to appliances to health care and all... worse is, for clothing i have returned several items because to no avail seller has to ship out different color or different size without informing the buyer. for electronics, i ordered hundred times and about (ratio) 100:30 i have returned the items because if not damage, it is defective. let me tell you SHOPPEE, your shops are getting worst and worst. this shops on your registry are the ones putting you down. they are the ones who put you in shame and would damage your image. just a week ago i have returned 6 items from three different shops because what i received is a garbage! i did not even get bothered, i again ordered from another shop and received the item just yesterday and again, it was damage! and has to file again return/refund request. imagine the long process will it take to get the refund done? have to email back to your dispute team several times to accomplish the request. this is not good anymore. can you regulate a stiffer sanctions to those shops that did not even bothered to ship to buyers their garbage!!!

DISAPPOINTED WITH NINJAVAN COURIER

So far, I’m quite satisfied with the item that I got from shopee and never in my almost 3 years of using the app have/had such a bad experience with the couriers, just so recently I ordered staffs from a trusted shop and expected my stuff on the 16th of July. Truly, ninjavan texted me that it came earlier than expected on the 15th sadly I wasn’t around cause I went on a vacation and my address stated is on my workplace. The driver texted/call me informing me about the item and I inform him that I’m not around and I can’t receive the item since I’m out of town(no signal). He ask me if can he just deliver it to my place so I said yah sure and give him my address BUT NOT THE DETAILED ONE cause I’ll just text him the info. but sadly there is no signal on my on the my current place(I was traveling). Then when I got signal I sent him details and number of my sister. He ask for a meet up. Like why? I thought COD. but still my sister went to the place where he ask to meet and HE DID NOT CAME. My sister waited TOO LONG and take note ITS RAINING. I ask my sister to went home and he just texted me stuff like “Why my sister can’t wait long ..” Ninjavan ask me to reschedule my item but he did it for me. He put there deliver to my place. The next day I waited but nothing came and he reported that I NO ONE IS AROUND I haven’t receive any text not call. What a very unprofessional guy. I tried to report this to NINJAVAN but haven’t heard any respond. So here you go. Thank you!
