No GP option in outpatient claims

Suddenly there is not option of GP when submitting out pairie to claims ?? Even in old app it is diapered? Why? Only see dental and white coat as two options. No GP, specialist and Paediatric outpatient options when submitting claims. AIA should check fist check before releasing app updates. Or explain in app how to submit for claims for these missing claim types options..

Difficult Login, Information Seldom Loads

The password requirement has all these secret requirements NOT written in the prompts, like “no consecutive 3 characters” or “no common words” (what is a common word anyway?!) that forces the user to waste at least 20 minutes attempting different combinations. Then it will send you an OTP. And even with the OTP, you cannot “request OTP too often” so you waste another 5 min waiting like an idiot between confirming new password, and login again with that password. This is a horrible experience, especially when you’re feeling sick. The whole process feels like it was built by overzealous security people who never actually tried their own product.

Lastly, the list and map view both don’t load beyond 5 clinic options, and crash whenever you try to load more.

Choice is wider and easier to used but loading is quite slow.
