Just a clean, blue, minimalist app that did ONE thing well: let me manage my plan in peace.So what do you do? You kill it. You pulled the plug and replaced it with… this.The new app looks like a highlighter exploded inside a bruise. Yellow and purple fighting for dominance like two customers at a sample sale. The old blue was calm. Trustworthy. It whispered “everything is fine.” The new palette screams “LOOK AT ME” while offering absolutely nothing worth looking at.But aesthetics I can forgive. What I cannot forgive is an app that treats stability like a suggestion. It flickers between loading screens like a haunted TV in a horror movie. And I’m not even touching anything. I’m just looking at it. The app is fighting demons I cannot see. Loading. Content. Loading. Content. Loading. I didn’t ask for anything. I’m literally just standing here. Is this an app or a cry for help?We chose GOMO’s no-SIM plan because we wanted fuss-free. This app is ALL fuss. It’s the fussiest thing I’ve ever used. It has more drama than a reality TV reunion episode.Whoever made this decision, I have questions. The old app was literally perfect. Why fix what wasn’t broken?RIP Blue GOMO. You deserved better. I’ve been using the previous GOMO app for years — the blue one — and it was genuinely well-designed. Clean interface, intuitive structure, modern and refreshing visuals. It was something created with care and thoughts. And then, without warning, we were forced to migrate to this new version.The old app shut down overnight, no option to keep using it. Download or get locked out — great customer care.The first time I tried to use the new app, I honestly thought I had accidentally installed a developer build.The UI looks like a time warp back to the Windows 98 — flat blocks of text, zero hierarchy, zero design logic, and colours so aggressive so loud that they are a sore to look at. It feels like using Excel sheet printed on neon paper. On top of that, the app is SO BUGGY.Maintenance pop-up appears every minute even after closing it, and half the pages trigger an “oh no, something’s wrong” error. The whole app behaves like a beta version that accidentally got pushed live — unfinished, untested, and unpleasant to use.Why replace something polished by something so fundamentally broken?This is Singtel standards now?Baffling to watch a product move backwards this dramatically.GOMO classic respected users. GOMO by Singtel is a joke. A slap on our face. Felt like the Marriotts rejected my stay and dumped me straight into Kampung wetlands.

Can’t even add email into my account. Does not show which are the 50 countries that we have data too and worst of all the data in data bank expires in few days time. Whats the point of the conversion previously? What’s the purpose of this transition to this new app, don’t see any feature that they couldn’t do for old app. In fact old app was fine, this is a mess email and sms stated data stored in data bank will be converted to 1GB coin and expires in 2 years yet the app states it will expire in few days and worst still, not available to redeem for anything.0 customer service. Takes 13 hours to connect to an agent?? Who stays that online that long to connect to an agent. Agent replied me at 3am local time ??? Agent hired across the world to manage customer service in Singapore?

Wow when i wanted to write a review i did not see the abysmal ratings of this app already existed.Should have known better. The old app was fine, why the sudden change to this app which lacks everything an app should be? No warnings, no notice. Did the managers and devs even thought through the workflow? It looks like it was done by a 5 year old and approved by a 7.All i wanted was to see my billing and i cant even do that now. And i had to login singpass like 10 times without seeing any result to a page i wanted to see. Email adding is not working, it’s showing my old data even though i already updated it in the previous app. And why add the No Singpass? login through email OTP when the email adding is not even working in the first place?! Display name is not showing my display name, and im not even talking about the colors.Terrible and lacklustre, as if they gave zero Fs for their customers. Come on, if ur customer service is already like that, now the devs and managers joined the fray too? Well deserved of the high 1s rating this app got. If there was a zero rating or negative, that would have been it!
