Link points always zero

My points have been displayed as zero since a few months ago. Went to NTUC centre and was told I have a few thousand points in it. I also kept being informed that I could redeem points when I do grocery. So where can I see my points on this app?

You take bad to a new level

I’ve never ever written a review ever before, but i’m inclined to write one now. The app is an utter failure. You really should spend a little more money on technology and digital spaces. your short sightedness and constant looking to cut corners just doesn’t work. I really don’t think you need a consumer to tell you just how investments work, the union has done very well in becoming the brand it has become, but once again, your app shouldn’t be failing at the registration stage. Especially if the consumer is led from a marketing SMS to the app via your low-res call-to-action button. So yeah even though I’m an NTUC member, and I would really like to enjoy the perks of being a member, you’re making it pretty difficult. Look on the bright side, at least i’m not asking you to fix one of your best channels and mediums to connect and communicate with your audience because nobody is going to use it. Peace

Unable to log in via phone app

Why is it unable to log in via phone app?
Nobody is looking after this app anymore ?
Please resolve this issue asap ....
