I just wanted app support, and I don’t know how to contact the app support team for this app. Im wondering if it’s normal to only see the next 7 calendar days on the app? I see the next 7 calendar days only, but my coworker for the same patient sees the next 2-3 weeks. When I called the company, I was told to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that twice but it only shows 1 calendar more than it did prior to my doing that. Please let me know. Thanks! Also, how do I contact the technology team there for future app questions and/or issues? (I’m providing a star rating because it’s requiring me to; I didn’t want to because I can’t ever tell if the app issues I’m having are app issues and I don’t want to pass the blame to you all. I can’t afford a new phone, and the model I have is a pretty old model, but the apps i have installed tend to work just fine on it.)

Can sign in quickly with no problems unless my Wifi connectivity is a little slow. Clock-ins and clock-outs register properly most of the time — although the button on that screen doesn’t always respond right away when I press it. I appreciate the chance the app gives you at the end of the week to correct or fill in a missed time on your time sheet. Sometimes my paystubs aren’t up to date, but for the most part I really have no major issues with the app. Works well enough!

I all of a sudden can’t take my or my patients pics for my weekly sign in sheets. It just shows a black circle instead of our face. It also keeps making my patients do their signatures and pictures over and over and over and over again. It will keep saying warning pic must be captured within 5 min of signature and it was literally captured in less than two minutes. Of course this is when the picture technology is actually working. It does something else too, but I can’t remember right off hand. At any rate it’s extremely annoying and frustrating to both myself and my patients.Update …Yeah so the black circle appears apparently bec I need space at least that’s what popos up every time I take a pic which I find ridiculous when the pics are not being saved to my device they’re being uploaded to company for weekly time sheets. It’s the luck of the draw if the picture part works or not it’s just so much fun not. Now let’s talk about the extremely annoying and inconvenience of having to make my patients sign their signature and re take their picture over and over and over and over oh I’m not done yet and over and over and over and over and over and over again being told warning you must capture patient signature and pic within 5 min even though it was less than two. Like what is wrong with this company exactly what do they think I’m doing if heavens the picture isnt captured within 5 minutes, like who came up with this ridiculous rule? It needs to be changed to like 15 minutes. Maybe then when we capture the picture within 2 minutes it can stop telling me I didn’t capture it in time. Like seriously who is in charge of these rules and of the technology of the app the developers cuz it needs a revamp for real. Other than this nonsense I like the company you wanted honesty and I gave it. I’m sure yall on the tech team are working on this issue but come on seriously

I love FreedCare the only down fall is having to take my Mother’s picture so much. If I’m doing her grocery shopping, getting her medications, doing laundry at my house for her, as we took out her washer and dryer to prevent her from going down cellar. I also cook for her at my house because we shut the gas off to her stove as we would smell gas when we came over. We did all of this for her safety. When I have to stop what I’m doing to get her picture it is inconvenient
