When it works it works, but when it doesn’t, you’re screwed. It’s like they don’t really want you to use the app, or just don’t understand how to fix bugs, or even identify them. How do you report a bug? Nobody knows. It’s been days since I could even log in, and am just met with a cryptic error, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. Is it too much to ask for a working app that’s basically a way for me to pay them what I owe them?
Just fix it already.

The app has always been basic at best, but in the recent past it atleast used to work.It has just completely stopped working since the last one month or so…. I am not even able to make a payment online.Get your act together please.
