Since I’ve gotten all my initial information logged in properly I’ve not had any problems at all. I do wish they had more information on and about heavy trash pick ups. Like yard waste? Can an appointment be made for limbs and things from cutting or trimming tree’s ?

At first the app would reroute to the pmt site to make pmts... had to put in username/password again which was inconvenient... also didn’t make sense because my pmt info was saved in the app itself but it was doable ...but these last few months when I go to “pay bill” the app completely shuts me out ... doesn’t reroute to the pmt site nor give any other options. Just takes me completely out of the app !! This definitely needs to be fixed or what’s the real point of having an app !?!

I had given up the convenience of using the mobile app for Evansville water and sewer payments and such. Nobody said let them cook and boy howdy did they cook it and serve it up. It fits our slogan; Evansville, we’ll get there someday, maybe.

Don’t attempt to call or contact water sewer department because it’s impossible! Try to get online and they want you to change your password but you can’t get your account number because you can’t sign in! Try to call them and you’ll be on hold forever, 18 plus minutes so far. Send an email and don’t get a reply even after system sends you confirmation of your email! You’re on auto pay and you’re getting late payments and late fees!Sincerely frustrated
