I would give this app 5 stars, if the app could stop the pods from turning off my router’s 2.4 & 5GHz bands. The app does not give me enough control over the pods to stop them from knocking my Intesis internet devices off of my home network. When they get knocked off my network I lose internet control over my HVAC system. The pods are set up to automatically provide their own 2.4 & 5 GHz bands; however, my Intesis internet devices will only run on the router’s bands... not the pods.When I turn my router’s bands back on... my devices work perfectly for a while... but then the pods will turn off the 2 router bands again causing those devices to stop working. Please make this app better by providing more control of the pods’ annoying feature that prevents internet control of my HVAC... or ...convince someone who programs the pods to improve the program.Addendum, 6/6/21 Thank you, Atlantic Broadband techs, for your valued assistance. Interference or loss of power to the router and its subsequent restart seems to trigger the loss of the router’s 2.4GHz band and therefore the loss of WiFi control of my 2 Intesis HVAC devices. Workaround: when ONLY my 2 Intesis HVAC devices are assigned to the router’s 2.4GHz band and the Home Pod’s Mode setting (See “Advanced WiFi” settings.) is changed from “Auto” to “Router Only” my 2 Intesis WiFi devices are currently staying on my WiFi. With only 2 devices assigned to the router, there does not appear to be any interference of my router with the Pods which have 25 devices assigned to their 2.4 & 5GHz networks. Tip: access the router and slightly change the name of the router’s 2.4 GHz network, i.e., add “2.4”, so it can be identified when choosing the network to assign to your device. Be sure to SAVE your changes. This is separate from the Pods 2.4GHz band. For some reason, the Pods 2.4 bands are not accepted by my 2 Intesis 2.4 GHz HVAC devices. If interference or a power outage occurs and the router’s 2.4GHz network does disappear, access the router and turn back on the previously labeled 2.4 network (Click “On/Enable”.).

I have been with Wow for quite some time and with all the changes with moving to Breezeline. I thought my excellent internet connection would continue but that’s not the case. Every since I have had Breezeline I continuously lose connection or long delays of it trying to connect. I spoke with tech several times and they mentioned I need to replace my Wow modem to there modem. I did so and still to no resolve they mentioned I had an old plan and needed to update for better service. I did that no resolve but I knew changing the plan would not resolve it. In addition, Breezeline provided home pods to boost service in thr home. I only thing for me is the initial HomePod is connected to your modem so if you lose service the HomePod are just night lights. It’s not worth continuing service with Breezeline after the promotional plan that was suppose to help with my service.

The technician installed the wiring/modem/router in a superior way. problem comes in the set up procedures (customer). The lack of a printed procedure of set up caused many frustrating hours at the computer whereas a print out prior to the installment would give you heads up of what you needed to put on your phone contact places for help. Plus side we have been able to establish a full package for our youth. Conclusion today were happy but that would them an easier way. Believe a lot of people would transfer back to their other cable company. VERY CONFUSING w/o procedure or tech that assist you setup.

All I want is to be able to separate the login details for the 2.5 GHz and 5.0 GHz bands. My weather station won't connect to the 5.0GHz band and my phone needs to be exclusively connected to the 2.5GHz in order to connect my weather station to the wifi. I SHOULD be able to change the name/passwords for the different bands from my router's IP address website. But NO. Instead, all the details are 'read only' and I am suppose to download Breezeline's app to be able to change anything. But when I go to use the app, the only thing that comes up after login is the option to set up a pod.We have no use for the pod and have no intention of setting it up. However, that seems to be the only point of this app because setting up a pod is the only thing this app will let me do.
