Old National has been our bank for years. We received our mortgage as well as our car loans and a loan to remodel our home through Old National. We have our checking and savings through Old National. When our daughter was born we started a 529 fund through old National. 18 years later we were able to use that money to pay for her college. She graduated in 4 years and we were able to pay for her school without school loans and without debt. We have trusted Old National with every aspect of our financial needs. They were even able to supply us with foreign currency when we went on vacation to Europe. We have always been treated well and have always had excellent service from Old National. When I say that Old National provides excellent service I am not just talking about staff kindly greeting us at the window, I am talking about the management of our families complex financial needs in a manner that set us up for a lifetime of success. We are preparing to retire and as we look back at our life with Old National we realize that we would not be prepared to enjoy our golden years without the partnership we made with this wonderful institution all of those years ago. We are very fortunate for the relationship we’ve had with Old National Bank. No one does it better or cares more than Old National.

Update: just spoke with customer service about disputing a charge and mentioned the app no longer worked due to the text portion being grayed out and it wouldn’t call for verification. Here is how to get it to work again. Log Into your account on the web. Once you see your account details click the upper left drop down menu. Click on settings then my settings. Go down to security options. You will see an edit option directly to the right of this. Click on edit to enable text. Once it says text enabled next to your phone number you can go to the app and log in. You will now see that the text portion is no longer grayed out. Click text. You will receive the text with 6 digits and you have to respond in a text back the numbers sent. Once you receive the confirmation text back you can Then go back to the app and it will sign you in. I can now use the app without issue. You would think that the developers would have responded to so many of us having this same issue since it is such an easy fix. I never thought the customer service rep would be the one to be able to help me figure this out. I’ve been without this since July thinking it was a problem with the app itself. Thank you customer service representative! Fix the app PLEASE!! This app used to work flawlessly but I went to sign in and wanted a 2 point verification. So the text portion is grayed out so I cannot use it then I hit the call me portion and it states it can’t call me and use the text option. So now the app is useless and I hate the web version. You cannot do an e check deposit on the web version. This is so inconvenient. I’m not sure why you changed to this is it won’t call you and the text option is grayed out. The web version was able to call me to verify though so at least I can see my account but I want the app to work. I’m disabled and cannot get to the bank to deposit checks.

This app is need of a major overhaul. I’ve personally had prepaid cards with apps that update with in seconds of a transaction. I’ve see this app take days to update. Completed transactions on one end show pending on this app days later. I’ve always been under the impression that banks help manage your money. This app causes chaos when it comes to financial planning. I understand that apps have there technical issues. But when it comes to a person’s money, this app should run almost flawlessly. I’m currently considering other banks just because of this app.

I’m sooooo sick of ONB and all these glitches they have for various things. It’s been a nightmare ever since the changeover from FMB… literally one of the worst experiences of my life. It’s the ongoing, ever changing, constant issue of one thing after another. This time, check deposit doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for at least three weeks now. As soon as you get to the point where you would normally take a picture to deposit a check, that’s where it happens. Tells you to rotate your camera. You rotate it. Tells you to rotate it again. Where? Back to my original position where you first told me to rotate it? Yes. And it doesn’t like any position you’re in. You never actually get to the point where you can take the pictures you want. Also kicks you out of going backwards so you have to kill the entire app, open it again, and go back into the check deposit just to start all over. It’s. Always. Something. And. I’m. Over. It.
