Pango has made parking in Mount Vernon so much easier for me. I love not having to hunt for coins or run back to the meter — I can start, stop, and extend my parking session right from my phone. It’s fast, simple, and perfect for busy days when I’m running errands or commuting.I especially appreciate that the app remembers my car and payment details, so paying takes just a few taps. The reminders help me avoid tickets, and I feel like I’m in control of how much I spend on parking.That said, there are occasional glitches where the app takes a bit to load or the GPS doesn’t pick up my exact location right away. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the convenience it offers.For me, Pango really is perfect — a must-have if you park in Mount Vernon regularly.

First They make it seem like you are only paying $0.25 per hr but then as soon as you select park you are being charged a fee of $6.96 for 24hr which is held on your account. If you don’t use the whole 24hr they will give whatever you didn’t use back, so basically just taking your money and they will do this every time you park. I live in a apartment that uses it and we also have a towing company that circles around every hr to make sure you paid and if you forget for a second your car is getting towed. I really don’t understand the need to put a hold like just charge the 25 cents for however long some one is parked smh it’s really a rip off. Even visitors have to use it. Some one can be stopping by for like 10 min and you have to get charged $6.96 when it only costs 25 cents. I also don’t like that you cannot just add more money for the parking time you’re already using just like if you were parked at a meter. Once your time runs out that’s it you have to start it over. My bank account literally says pango, pango, pango, pango 🙄 I hate it

I’ll share my experience in a hot parking lot in Bend Oregon. in order to pay the parking fee I first had to visit the website for Pango where they make you download their app, this app. Then it has you create a new account. Then it has you link it to your bank or digital cash service such as Venmo. Then they make you transfer funds from it to your new account at Pango. When I finally go to pay the parking fee, it says it’s a free parking day!! It just had me go through all that setup before it tells me that? I try to contact Pango customer service to get my money back and after about a week and a half they finally respond and tell me that I can’t get it back for 20 days from when I request it and that they’re going to take out a processing fee! stay away from this app based on their business practice!

If i could give "-100" stars, i would've. I had my brothers visiting for 2 days and needed the app to pay for their parking. I couldn't just buy the permit; the app forces you to make a deposit in the in-app wallet "in case your parking runs out". That day I ended paying for the parking permit with my card. Not the money I deposited in the in-app wallet. That was April 10th. I requested that they refund me the money I deposited, and was told the process takes 20 business days and it was their policy. We are May 10, obviously more than 20 business days have passed, but nobody is responding to my emails anymore. I really hate this. Why do I have to run after this company to get my money back? I need someone from the company to do something about it. I really can't wait to delete the app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
