I signed up for Google Fi with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The coverage in my area is incredibly disappointing, with frequent slow data speeds. Even in areas where I should have a strong signal, I often struggle to use high-speed data. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that consistently fails to deliver. To make matters worse, their customer service is equally disappointing. I’ve got my prepaid SIM, and continued them to activate the service, the agent went with me through the activation process and advised me to add my credit card details to complete the activation, where I clearly mentioned that I have a prepaid SIM and I don't have to pay any extras, but the agent reported that I have to add my credit card details to complete the SIM activation, I ended up with paying extra 50$ for eSIM that I don't have to pay for. I've reached out multiple times regarding this issue and the coverage issues, but the responses I received were generic and unhelpful. It felt like they were not genuinely interested in addressing my concerns or finding a solution.I expected better from Google Fi, considering their reputation and the promises they make about seamless coverage. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I hope they can improve their network reliability and customer service in the future, as it's essential for any telecommunications provider to prioritize these aspects.
