I tried to find my providers , but they weren’t listed. When I was done entering providers, I couldn’t get out of that field, it just kept looping back to find a provider I had to take additional time to message the concierge to ask specific questions The top provider in one of my practices is over a year wait to see so I see the nurse practitioner which isn’t covered for reimbursement but my insurance accepts and has me pay a specialist co pay for

Garner is a third party that has their greedy weasel fingers in my healthcare. Most providers aren’t taking patients, don’t have a real direct number to call, or if you call a bigger hospital and ask for a specific provider they can’t even schedule you for a specific provider as it’s first available. I found a unicorn Tier 1 provider and I saw him for almost a year until randomly his $0 copay went up to $100. I have called my insurance and the app I saw my provider on, but no one has an answer for me. Whenever I ask my insurance to help me find a provider they send me to this god forsaken app. The concierge doesn’t even call and make appointments for you. They help you look for a provider. The same providers the concierge provides are the ones I have already tried and they are inaccessible or they do not live up to the “Tier 1 standard.” Garner is just capitalizing off of how broken American healthcare is. I hope whoever made this app gets debilitatingly ill and can’t find a doctor. It’s really what they deserve. Find different insurance if they send you here. Even if it means finding a new job. This is an evil app full of evil people.

The “top provider” is so subjective and bias with this algorithm. The way the program works is horrible. The myhealth app works way better than this nd more effective. I continually find that I need to add more drs that they don’t want to have because they already have their chosen providers. You can add some but not all or past doctors they believe and not good providers in the medical field. When I try to schedule something through the app it doesn’t work. When I call the actual offices it works perfect and fast. I am dreading how my district would consider going with this program as a way to cover costs. I am paying way more now than prior to my district utilizing this company.

I’ve always found it difficult to find a doctor who is actually in network and know whether they would be a good doctor and whether I’d get surprise bills. Now I love that I can go into Garner app, find a Top Provider, and know the doctor is a top doctor who is in -network and my costs will be reimbursed. I have much better peace of mind in terms of visiting the doctor. And I love that I know I’m seeing only the best doctors
