I read the other reviews first. Many problems but a few successes. I was willing to give it a try since I work in software and was interested to see if they had fixed the problems identified. Nope!I was able to find my vehicle using plate and title number (quite an unnecessary extra piece of data to require). I went through the renewal process and completed every step, including the addition of my credit card for payment. Submitted and got an error that simply said “unable to process at this time, please try again”. So, I tried again and same result. I have 3 vehicles to renew, so I went to the county clerk’s website and renewed the other two in about 1 minute each. Then, I restarted this app and tried again — same error. I deleted the app. If it isn’t faster or easier than why even have the app? Take it down, test it well, and fix the problems before reposting.

Today I went to my local county clerk DMV I was trying to get an electronic version of my vehicle. Registration was advertising at the local county clerk in downtown in Knoxville Tennessee and I see the app I go to the App Store and download the app at the county clerk And when I was trying to create an account when I enter my right correct email address and valid email address and giving me an error message saying please enter the valid email address then I called Customer Care and online services telling me the app is being outdated and every one that is new to this cannot create an account and it’s been outdated and they saying that they looking forward to but I don’t think so because they don’t want to spend a lot of money to do this updating their software of the app. And what’s the point of having this app when you can’t use it

The app does not work when trying add a vehicle. There is NO support whatsoever. It times out, it gives error codes - I am better offer scanning a photo of my registration and keeping on my phone that way. i got further than some of the others on here. It would not take a gmail address, said it was invalid. Then I used an old email, and it was recognized by their system. I entered an old password, and got in but no matter what I do, I cannot add a vehicle in this system. And in TN, we do not a title number associated with our license registration . I tried inputting the number just below, and got an error message covered up by a spinning “please wait.” After waiting 10 min and killing the app multiple times, I decided to delete it AGAIN.

I read the reviews and I was skeptical to try at first I will admit. But so far works well. Added my vehicle with no issues and it even shows recalls which 1 of which I was not aware of so I will be keeping an eye on my wheel bearing. I was able to see all my info with it which I think may come in helpful later on. Now it did give me an error but it was a good error. I payed to renew my tag prior and when I pressed to renew my tag it gave me an error that one was already in process. I did it yesterday so I am happy to see that. I will update if I encounter an issue.
