NYP Connect is a health app that brings medical care and services right to your fingertips. NYP Connect connects you with experts from Weill Cornell and Columbia, 7 days a week, for health needs such as virtual urgent care, video visits with physicians, medical chart and record information, and more all on your mobile or tablet device. APP FEATURES: Find a Doctor: Looking for a new health care provider? Find medical care based on specialty, location, health insurance, and even language. Connect to the NYP Patient Portal: Already a patient? Virtually manage your health care. Schedule doctor appointments, access your medical records, message your doctor, check test results, pay bills, and more. Virtual Urgent Care: For non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries, connect with one of our Emergency or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians from Columbia or Weill Cornell Medicine through a live video chat 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and Midnight. Video Visits: Skip the trip to the doctor’s office and video chat with your doctor instead. Telehealth visits are a quick, convenient way to communicate with your healthcare team to address your medical needs. Health Matters: Stay up-to-date on the latest science and medical breakthroughs, care and wellness news taking place at NewYork-Presbyterian. Hospital Guides: Enhance your visit or stay at any NewYork-Presbyterian hospital. This is one of the best examples in servicing the healthcare digital patient. One suggestion, it would be really interesting if when you are searching for a doctor, at any point in the flow when specialists appear the occupation title would active a “I should go to this Dr. If I have ….. so helpful since so many with have insurance that allows them to make appointments without referral.

Should work but crashes

All of a sudden app doesn’t work, keeps crashing and shutting down. IOS is 15.8.2. Should work but doesn’t.*Doubling down and commenting/emailing me that you no longer support older versions of OSX without offering any alternative isn't a good look. You have older patients who don’t have the newest devices. Are we all supposed to buy a new phone to use your app? Lousy planning for the future. A medical app should work with all versions to support all the people who are in the NYP network.*
