Great! But Lack of Options

JINYA is by far my most preferred restaurant and has been for years. I’m surprised they don’t know me by name yet. While they have a great looking and functional app, they’re missing some key items on their menu. Two of the biggest ones are lack of Inferno (specifically Double Inferno) ramen heat level, and also the ability to order extra noodles individually outside of one extra with the order. If these changes are made, definitely a 5 star review!!

While they have a great looking and functional app, they’re missing some key items on their menu. The food is great! The APP is one of the worst restaurant/food ordering apps I’ve experienced! Lacks nearly all the basic 101 functions. There’s No order history, so you can’t reorder previous orders. You can’t actually edit your profile. You can’t redeem your points. When adding new payment types, it will deny the action multiple times for no apparent reason. There’s no customer service for or help form…etc. Horrible App! It’s frustrating enough, that I’ve stop my attempt to order several times and order from other Ramen restaurants for the zero frustration, ease of use and attention to customer functions. This app is sadly built for the company and not for the best interest of their customers.

I brought my daughter here for Ramen after seeing it on Good Day SA. This was our first time and it won’t be our last. I ordered the kids meal, which was a perfect amount of ramen, and small rice bowl with chicken, two pieces of fired chicken and fries. My daughter ordered the spicy chicken ramen and said it was the perfect amount of spicy. The atmosphere is good. Music is a little loud for my liking, but I’m old! lol Staff were all friendly and attentive which is appreciated.

I loved how they made the food, but tbh you have to ask for requests to make it your specific way, for me I had to tell them to put less spinach because they were putting a lot. The food is very traditional so make sure u don’t just get some random curry with rice cause that would taste bad. Overall I loved the place and would encourage you to come.
