HiMy pcp is great responding to messages—generally—-but in trying to schedule follow up with my surgeon through Mychart, I can neither send a messgr or request and appointment. My surgeon is someone I have a had two previous appointments and has sent me an AVS. In my opinion, my surgeon should automatically be on my care team and someone I can send a message or appointment request to. Carol.

The education modules do not load and they don’t give you the option to report this just did you understand or do you have questions. How do I know if I cannot read the modules if they are empty and do not do anything. There should also be a part to report inaccuracy in your medical history and other issues. This app could be so much more but it lacks in every thing. You can’t see who your previous caregivers were only who’s now if you’re in the hospital. Then there is nowhere to make partial payments. You can’t even update medications and allergies on here. You can’t request a different doctor or anything.

Simply the best thing I’ve seen in a long time an app that actually works easily clearly beneficial with every record that you need for the rest of your life for every appointment. Well kept well tracked organized, completely solid, making appointments, canceling appointments, Quick response if you have questions, sure beats phone tag calling up much easier
