Horrible… First, it will not save your password, so you have to remember it every single time you log in. Now, not only is it logging in the time, but it’s not telling you the time until you go to the IHSS website to see what it timed in or at as. Plus, it asked you to put in the amount of hours you worked so you have to do all kinds of math to the minute. Now, that doesn’t seem hard if it all done in half hour increments but it doesn’t always work out that way. After working, long shifts, who wants to sit down and think about time math. There is no real point to this app. It would be better to just login on the actual website, but it doesn’t even let you do it there, but it says it does. This is a joke. It’s as if we don’t have enough work to do as it is, so now we have to sit and try to navigate this app when we are exhausted from working. Plus,If you have a bad data connection where you are then it will be worse.

It doesn’t serve a purpose for me it doesn’t save pass words the other day I tried three times but checked the online portal the same pass word works every once in a while it gets reset without my consent I happen to notice like if I apply for any assistance like or verify my income 😂 I was hoping that this would finally get me paid sooner and faster for me to get paid instantly if I choose to since semi monthly is not working out for my salary paid fixed income 🤑I’ll repeat this again I don’t know s h about todays soft ware but I imagine it’s much more improve d and advanced than my training 20 plus years ago of ms dos🤣 the. More advanced the more barriers and difficulty longer it takes to Receive direct deposit 💵 plus I’m rude and desperate so I delete because it’s for purpose of data that someone created to facilitate their own project or job easier but I still have to not comply with my grace period of payments and bills Oh sure it’s just chump change

As we were told in the Webinar on EVV app that at the end of two weeks the hours and minutes worked WILL be populated automatically when Timesheets are to be updated and submitted. It did not! And I hv to go back to the timesheet to recall and calculate hours and minutes worked. I wasted my personally hours for at least two hours to make sure my calculations are correct. It’s a total waste of time. What is the purpose of having the EVV app if it does not even do the simple task of populating the hours and minutes worked?Today, I could not check-out due to the new update version….the App could not be updated via App Store even after more than numerous tries. FInally I had to remove the old app and download to reinstall the app in order for me to complete my Check-out task. Truly, since the rushed out of this EVV app it has given more pain and frustration than anything else!

I’m pretty sure the development for the app was very rush to set for use on July 1. In what world do you electronically clock in and when clocking out you have to manually calculate how many hours and minutes you worked. The point of clocking in is so there’s a record and automatically calculates the amount of hours and minutes. How is someone suppose to remember to the minute that they clocked in. I have to log in on the website and check the time I clocked in and mentally calculate the hours and minutes then go back to the app to clock out and input hours and minutes worked. That’s an extra few minutes that I’m getting paid. I might as well just manually input my clock out time on the Wes site since I’m already in.Also as others complained, you need to type in the password every use of the app. Waste of time
