So I’d like to say I’m not the greatest with money but I am extremely confident in my experience with financial apps/accounts. It’s extremely rare to find a company that has customer service with power. That power is not over delivering or under deliver promises. They are almost on your side & the only way a customer service can be on your side is if they work for a good company. I like how the conversations you have stay active. When you contact customer service your message stays in the app like a text message then it emails you as well the conversation then when they respond they can send screenshots, links etc. it makes them understanding you and you understanding them much easier & at lightning speed. This is maybe the 2nd time in my life where I was happy talking to customer service bc I learned something new I can go back & follow steps & they stuck by the words they said. So far the app is clean, simple and easy on the eyes. They show you the roadmap with learning. They stand out compared to other companies. So far so good. I will update as the years go on. I hope to grow with this company & you should give them a try bc like I said I know a good system when I see it.

I have been loving the SoFi App just as an app to manually add an institution i have funds in but plaid doesn’t offer it for one example. So my net worth is never fully up to date. The ability to go in and categorize each transaction is another big one. Hopefully you guys plan in the future?? Thanks Update: I’m updating the review because I appreciate the feedback from the team and truly believe this app could be a complete game changer. I strongly believe those 2 features are critical not only for the consumers, but the advisors as well. It would allow ppl to know where they stand all 4 quarters of the year which can only help both parties in decision making, fully understanding what is going where and why, and can eliminate a lot of time regarding getting all your deductions together amongst many other things that can only be beneficial for both parties. Oh, lastly I didn’t see anything about a SEP IRA. Do you guys only offer Traditional and Roth IRAs? Thanks! If these features are ever added, I’d appreciate an update as I would be happy to be a subscriber then!! Thanks for being open minded!

For disclosure, I have a couple thousand dollars in Domain Money. I have a financial advisor, and do my own meme-stock trading through a broker, but to diversify and get into crypto, I use both Gemini & Domain Money.Pros:- Managed portfolios are great. Domain Edge and Domain Metaverse are my favorite. Looking forward to seeing the performance over the next two years. Domain Edge can be bought 24/7, and it appears that your order will go through as soon as your deposit clears.- Can’t wait for the Borrowing (Margin)/ Earning (lending)/Spend (credit card) accounts to be released. Please get these products out ASAP!- Clean UI, easy to use, can buy stocks/crypto/portfolios all-in one.- Reoccuring buysCons:- Overly optimistic deadlines. We were supposed to get crypto withdrawals in February, they still haven’t arrived and it’s nearly April.- No insurance or guarantee on crypto assets (like all other exchanges). Custodian is best-in-class via Gemini, but if DM’s security/risk team is lacking, it could result in the loss of assets for customers (who would be the ones holding the bag).Overall, the team is industry-leading, with vets from Goldman Sachs and other big companies. Hoping Adam Dell continues with the push to improve the platform and release new features.P.S. Please release Plaid/Mint integration!

Money management is hard and stressful. Sometimes it’s easier for me to just ignore what I’m doing with my money than work to fix it. Working with Domain is taking the stress away and making me realize that my financial goals are much easier to reach than I thought. Working with my CFP gives me a judgement-free space to work through my bad money habits as well as great guidance towards creating good ones. I’m still early in the process, but I’m very impressed with Domain so far. I haven’t used the app to invest, but meeting with my CFP is well worth the monthly fee by itself. Domain is very affordable and is giving me an opportunity to think about my money and my financial goals on a whole new level.
