Our mobile app helps our members to get the most out of their dental insurance plan and to achieve oral health and wellness. In this release, we have added the ability for our members to provide immediate feedback to us about anything they wish to bring to our attention. We listen to our members and appreciate the opportunity to improve their experience based upon this feedback.

The updated app is built on a new platform to allow for continual updates to improve the customer experience. The app contains an improved look and feel through screen design and secure login through Touch ID and Face ID security access.

This update to the United Concordia iDental mobile app makes the app available for group, individual (iDental), and now FEDVIP members. For all members, the app provides immediate access to dental account information through a secure connect, including features that provide the ability to: • View and present a virtual ID card to dentists • Check current dental coverage status • Access a summary of recent dental claims and procedures

This update to the United Concordia iDental mobile app makes the app available for both group and individual (iDental) members. A new feature includes the ability of United Concordia members to self-identify. Upon launching the app, users will identify themselves as a group member who has dental insurance through their employer, an individual member who purchased an iDental plan or a Non-Member seeking to use the app to access non-secure features. Such as finding a dentist, learning more about oral health and wellness or accessing dental emergency information. For both group and individual members, the app provides immediate access to dental account information through a secure connect, including features that provide the ability to: • View and present a virtual ID card to dentists • Check current dental coverage status • Access a summary of recent dental claims and procedures.
