UPDATE: did the update and now it goes to the day behind…UPDATE2: The app might not work that well, but the products do! Would be cool if you could change your mood… it always puts it for a different day. No point in tracking if it’s not accurate

I attempted to take my first set of photos required for the guarantee program today. First off, there are a number of room, lighting and wardrobe requirements. Then to get just a few, maybe 6, “approved” photos I had to take at least 80 shots. The error message kept saying that it couldn’t detect anyone in the photo. What? Both my face and hair were clearly in every shot. I alighted my face with the guides shown in the app, tried closer, tried further away. It really seems like they just don’t want to own up to the advertised guarantee. I’m questioning the product now.

For a company this big, you’d think the app would be more useful. There’s really no point in using the app to manage your account or subscription. All of that can only be done through the website on a browser.
