This app used to be useful for most things related to my WM account and was relatively well designed. The recent overhaul update earlier this year is terrible, sorry to say. Text gets cut off due to the layout, so you can’t get all the information you need. The menus are confusing. Page refreshes are constant. Bottom line, I’ll stick to the website exclusively from now on. I know people work hard on these apps, but we were better off with the old version that was more useful.

So far so good
I installed this app even though the reviews aren’t that great. After installing it and logging in, I was able to see that I don’t have a bill due anytime soon and see my scheduled pick updates. From the app, I can also request bulk or extra pick ups. I enabled the Touch ID and it worked fine with me.
I did think I was going to have issues logging in bc I’ve actually missed a payment before since I had issues logging in with my computer but it seems way easier through the app. I hope it all works well again once I have to make a payment in a month.
I’m the one in charge of making all the payments in the house, so being a mother of 4, this is just one more thing that has gotten easier for me. Thanks!

This app is trash
You’re supposed to collect trash not create it. I simply wanted to check to see if my trash was delayed and the app as per usual doesn’t let me log in to do one of the two things the app is useful for (paying bills and checking the pickup schedule). So I tried the website where the login page won’t even load. It times out every time. I was lucky enough to be late on my bill a couple times because of this fun new feature. There is a section on the site that would load that says what the holiday schedule is. And it said “log in and check the schedule for delays and holiday closures.” Cool, I’ll get on that when you guys get your site or app working. You know there are people whose entire profession is to test software before it’s released, maybe invest in some of those people considering this is probably where most people pay you, and as a company that’s probably your goal right?
