I’m getting conflicting stories. When I noticed that my check in history wasn’t accurate I called in one day to ask why. The guy said it’s because when you scan in the gym, there’s something the front desk folks needs to click on once you do…so that’s what I believed. Today we go and there’s people at the front desk when we scanned in. Doesn’t look like they clicked on anything. So what is it really?? Should the scans auto populate to the app? Or is this something staff needs to on their end?? When I called again today to ask, they said it has nothing to do with them and it’s the app….im starting to think it’s the first reason and some of these front desk people aren’t doing their jobs. One today was just sitting there and watching an anime movie…..🙄

the club sport app should at least have hours of operation for your selected club. Why do i have to open la sport to put a favorite club into club sport app? Why is there no personal fitness tracking other than the check in calendar. And the personal tracking calendar should be on the opening page, so i dont have to go through a billing section to get there. There should be a more fitness diary section that a person could track their performance in. Even better, something like a barcode on each machine that can be scanned to show what machine you worked each day. So much can be done with this app to make it more relevant.

You would think for a gym that is getting $50 a month at least per customer, their app would be better UX/UI. It’s nothing fancy and it gets the job done to book classes…except it doesn’t now? For some reason I no longer have a BOOK option on any of the classes? I thought maybe tomorrow’s classes were full but it’s like that for the whole week which neverrrrr happens so now what?Why can’t I see how many ppl have booked the class, how far am I on the waitlist? And right now, why can’t I bookkkk???????

It’s been two months without any one who knows how to have this fixed by their software vendor.As of today, Jan 13, I tried to use the app and my login worked. Someone must have worked on the issue that I reported but no communication back to me that it was resolved. I am changing my rating to 2 stars at this time. If the app continues to work fine over time, I will increase the rating higher even though the support and communication was slow and still needs to improve.
