Apple, talk about seriously dropping the ball. It fell so hard I heard Steve Jobs death groan in NJ! Like how do you all fail so badly on launching existing technology that’s been resident on the Mac for almost forever! Like it should also just be a port at this point. But nope. FREAKING “PASTE”is impossible to use. Meaning it’s looking for an ok and some jackwagon forgot to add it to the app settings. Like really the most needed item in preview besides crop and it doesn’t work. Wow if you hadn’t already seriously sucked in software implementation, that’s so bad laggy and buggy with every release that I almost would be shocked how horrible this launch has gone. Hey while I have you listening , any reason that if you’re randomly typing something on a website, that then safari arbitrarily decides to take a ride somewhere else? Like yeah what’s up with that feature too? Software development seems to have been relegated to the high school glee club, that wants to learn more about programming. While seemingly not having any guidance or testing to see if what the cobbled together might actually work or not. Plus you also failed at the N1 chip that renders the 17 pro useless for CarPlay. Good job… should I go on about how bad this seasons launches have been? Sure wish Jobs was still alive as current leadership can’t find their way around a launch or AI

Glitchy and Frustrating

I depend on note taking for work, and this new “preview” app? It makes note taking impossible. It’s such a glitchy, laggy experience that it makes me want to take my eyes out with my apple pencil. Not to mention all the editing tools don’t work properly! I tried to move some handwritten text and instead of moving it, the lasso tool duplicated my text and left behind a copy that was impossible to erase or delete in any way. Didn’t matter anyway because the changes didn’t save when I backed out of the document like they’re supposed to. I’ve also experienced issues with not being able to change or select different colors for the tools, just to name a few. Tried deleting this awful app only to find out that I can no longer just open files in the Files app. This is completely unnecessary! Please, at the very least, make it optional!!Would genuinely give this 0 stars if I could. This was such a flop it’s not even funny, especially considering all these features existed and worked perfectly in Files until this new update came out.

Why would apple update files which was perfect and now make this? This makes file storing infinitely more complex and a nuisance to manage. Just trying to look through old files and see what’s trash or not. But now files no longer shows a preview of simple images in the app itself meaning I have to click each one, go to this secondary app, and then when I go back to files to delete it it says it’s being used by another app (this one) and can’t delete. So I have to force close this app each time, go back to files and now I can delete it. What was once simple is now a raging headache. I’m genuinely scared to click any file in my files app because not only does it download and store it in files, but also in preview. The only way this works is if preview is inbuilt to the files app (which it was before). DELETE THIS APP NOW APPLE. Downgrade back to old files (which is actually an upgrade from this garbage)

Sorry but no this isnt an app that is required this should have been added to the app store as an optional app not a forced app to place and take up not unecicary space on any phone so if its not apart of the phone originally it shouldn’t be added to it later because its not a primary functional app and we should have the option to download an app not be forced to have it whwn there is no actual use for it it not going to make thinks simple or easy to do its going to hinder the user and not needed so stop waisting mony on stupid idieas that you think would be amazing even if its a sudgestion from a consumer this app is compleatly useless and should not be a forced function like i know you placed it as alll the phone componys keep doing this and wonder why there phones dont work lole they use to its this that you do now
