Been using the website for over a year and love it. Just found out about this app today. Scanning the barcode sounded very convenient. I tried well over 20-25 times on several of my prescriptions and the best I got was one time it said something to the effect Invalid barcode or something. No box. Just a red line across my screen. App has camera permissions. No luck scanning. I did punch in a number and went the long route and ordered one. But honestly the website is faster and easier to use. UNLESS I’m misunderstanding something on the scanning???? At this point I cannot rate very high. Have sent mssg to support. Maybe they can help.

Usually when I download an app for a website it’s because the app is much easier or convenient to use but that’s definitely not case for me with Refill Rx. After using the website for several years I have ended up with a lot of prescriptions that I have filled once or twice and I probably won’t ever use it again but I can’t remove them from my prescription list. I thought I might would be able to do that within the app but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I adore my pharmacy, but this app, not so much. As an older person taking multiple medications, having to find my prescription by number is difficult. Showing the name, or giving me an easy way to put it in the description, would improve it greatly.

I’ve had this app for several years and love it! Easy to use and I don’t have to call the pharmacy! Get a text message when they are ready to be picked up!
